Crafted in France, in the heart of Vaucluse, our cuvées come to life in a territory where light, matter and time shape every detail.
THE ORIGIN: A NOBLE INGREDIENT, A LAND OF EXCELLENCE
We exclusively select raw ingredients: fresh ginger, whole vanilla pods, citrus zests, to preserve the purity of aromas.
Each element is chosen for its ability to express itself with precision, without artifice or correction.
This rigour in selection forms the foundation of every cuvée.


THE ELABORATION: WINE ALCOHOL AS FOUNDATION
At the heart of each creation lies a fundamental element: a wine alcohol of exceptional purity.
Derived from the transformation of wine, this alcohol is distinguished by its finesse, aromatic neutrality and ability to sublimate the ingredients it hosts.
It acts as a revealer, allowing notes of ginger, vanilla or citrus to unfold with precision and elegance.
Infusions are carried out slowly, over controlled durations, to extract every nuance without ever rushing the matter.
This long process yields an aromatic depth and stability that give the cuvée its character and signature.
